Perhaps you have noticed a slight decline in the frequency of my blog and outfit posts. Thanks to severe nausea and feeling tired most of the time, I’ve had little to no motivation for content creation. The good news, is that this is the last week of my first trimester and the nausea should start to subside. Fingers crossed!
How will this pregnancy impact All Awear? This is obviously new territory for me; however, I plan on documenting this journey of dressing my ever-changing body in the most transparent way possible. To be honest, I’m already having a tough time with the changes I’m seeing as well as putting together (chic) outfits that still fit.
I have begun the process of researching ethical and sustainable maternity lines, and as you can imagine, there is not much out there. For most women, maternity wear is a disposable item and therefore not something they want to invest a lot of money in. But I believe there has to be a better, more sustainable way to navigate this temporary phase of life.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you. Please feel free to send me any thoughts or recommendations you have!
